Iconic 80s IWC: Golf Club SL

One of the most beautiful and balanced watches of the IWC SL line: Golf Club. It was produced in a little less than 1'000 pieces and designed by Gerald Genta, is moved by the legendary and reliable 'Pelleton' cal8541B and overall a very typical end of 70s / early 80s steel watch by IWC, that fits well in between Ingenieur or other steel sport watches.

This is ref1830, indicating it has a date window as well as the steel bracelet. This is one of the early steel bracelets that were done in the manufacture by hand and not machine made -- that explains why every bracelet is unique.

This example is in good to very good condition and not un-worn but unpolished, coming with original box, 1996 service guarantee card and service invoice, spare glass (probably changed by this service) and two more links than shown on the photos.
