Sunburst Ice-Cold Whitegold Tank, Piaget 1973

Piaget Classic Tank, Sunburst Ice-Cold Whitegold 1973

WHY WE LOVE IT: Because it is a Piaget -- that means its dial, case and movement was made by the company from La-Cote-Aux-Fees and not a 3rd party. Because it is a rare classic -- esp. in whitegold, as yellowgold was dominant in the '70s. And especially because it comes in at a fraction of the costs of a comparable Cartier and not standing short in quality, for sure. Thats why we love it, yes.

Serviced cal9P, probably unpolished and with its original 18K Piaget-buckle, connected by an amazing dark-blue suede-strap. A comparable Cartier would set you back multiples of that price and would not cool you as much during summer: ice-cold whitegold and a frozen-slushy sunburst-dial.
