WHY WE LOVE IT? Is is one of the best examples of the ref4312 Rolex -- never polished (even the caseback not, which shows some scratches from opening the case) and just a few times carefully worn, obviously.
Hobnail Total! An amazing finished Rolex in outstanding condition: some patinae on the 18K-yellowgold but not only unpolished but with almost no signs of use and wear. Made in 1976 (approx) according to the serial number of 4.2mio and with flawless dial, flawless sapphire-crystal and a flawless bracelet & safely closing clasp, without issues as well.
The beautiful fitted wooden Cellini box (inner & outer box incl unused cloth & manual) is an adequate presentation for this rare & characteristic late 70s-Rolex.
