WHY WE LOVE IT? A rare & obviously unworn and un-shortened bracelet-watch designed by one of the most influential modern jewellery designers: Gilbert Albert. Made and finished in a quality that does not stand short of the best of this era -- at least at par with Patek Philippe and Piaget of the 1960s and 1970s. And technically innovative with the ultra-thin & -small movements (here the 1966-presented cal484) and Gilbert Alberts Gold-Link-bracelet.

Indeed, Gilbert Albert started his career in the 1950s at Patek Philippe, right after finishing the Geneva Ecole de Beau Arts and his asymmetric Patek-masterpieces (ref3424, ref3424, ref3422 etc) are as classic as they are timeless and wearable today and tomorrow. His 1960s engagement at Omega was no less influential with creating some of the most timeless, elegant and decorative jewellery-watches that obviously stood model for the 1969 Andrew Grima Omega "About Time"-series, but also for the naturalistic gold-jewellery made in the 1970s ff by Roy King, Arthur King, Andrew Grima, John Donald, Jean-Claude Gueit, Paul Binder, Jean Vendome and Othmar Zschaler.

The bracelet (of course all 18K-gold) is all sharp, without signs of use and shortening (fits 18cm). The manual-movement Omega cal484 was professionally serviced and is running excellent and precise.
