Unusual and Rare: Platinum Movado with Tube Lugs and Diamonds

Very unusual men watch manufactured in 1930s by Movado: This platinum tank / gondolo style recangular watch case was made of platinum by Wenger, Geneva and has hooded / tube lugs. The dial is crowned by three diamonds set next to the eight applied indexes and the small sub-second. Below the hood there is the Movado cal470 ticking, which was serviced by us right now and works very good.

The domed glass realizes light effects especially in combination with the diamonds and the shiny metal platinum -- overall a historical timepiece with also very modern and wearable attitude.

The watch comes with its box, is not in perfect or unworn but in good / very good condition and unpolished -- see photos.
