A rare vintage 1983 Zenith El Primero Port Royal Triple Calendar in close to perfect condition with original solid gold bracelet: It was completely serviced by Zenith in Le Locle, Switzerland in August 2020 and has a guarantee by Zenith for one year, so until August 2021.
The watch was produced in 1983 / 1986 and has a triple calendar (date, day of week and month) chronograph (central chronograph second, 30 minute sub dial at 3 o'clock and 12 hour sub dial at 6 o'clock) El Primero 418 caliber that is in perfect condition: It is delivered with its original box, an archive excerpt from Zenith registers, the service case and spare parts replaced by Zenith, Le Locle during full service in August 2020.
The bracelet fits a 185 / 190mm wrist. It is hold by spring bars to the case and thus could be removed and replaced by a leather strap, too. And we made it already, just choose. We created a perfectly fitting high quality alligator strap in creme white that comes with this iconic watch. So the work is done, but the hard part is left to the new owner: What to mount -- the bracelet or the strap? Sorry, but we cannot do everything, so we leave it to you.
The watch was part of a limited series with just a few dozen made in solid 18K yellow gold. A Zenith Port Royal Chronograph from this limited series made of Gold/Steel comes around now and then and the same is true for the already rare example in Titanium. However, a solid gold one is a really rare exception and beats the titanium version also as a haptic experience.
