EmailWHY WE LOVE IT? An electronic artefact from a time (1968 according to our notes, books & research) when UG was owned by the back-then most important watchmaker: Bulova.
Bulovas tuningfork-technology "AccuTron" (Accuracy & ElecTronic) was the base for this avant-garde Universal Geneve -- the beauty of the high-class luxury UG-design on top. The interestingly faceted case was used by UG for the PoleRouter3-model as well in the 1960s. So basically a PoleRouter++ and an AccuTron++ in one watch: better design and higher quality than the US-pendant and higher precision and reliability than the mechanical predecessor by UG.
